Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer with 1+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling high-quality mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly products.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code following MVC/MVVM architecture.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect code.
• Write and maintain unit and widget tests to ensure app stability.
• Optimize application performance and fix bugs to improve user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile app development.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools/technologies to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional experience in Flutter mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of Dart language and Flutter ecosystem.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and Firebase.
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Laptop is mandatory (company will not provide).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in publishing apps on the Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of native Android/iOS development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
