Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Flutter Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android, iOS, and Web. This is a full-time opportunity to work on real-world projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
• Implement app architecture and state management using BLoC, Provider, or other patterns
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Firebase services
• Use third-party libraries, APIs, and tools like Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Maps, etc.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Optimize app performance for responsiveness, speed, and scalability
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code
• Maintain clean, readable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions
• Use Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) for version control and deployment

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 years of proven experience as a Flutter Developer in a production environment
• Strong understanding of Dart and the Flutter SDK
• Proficient in app architecture and state management (e.g., BLoC, Provider)
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Messaging)
• Solid knowledge of mobile development lifecycle and deployment processes
• Familiarity with native mobile app debugging and performance optimization
• Understanding of version control systems like Git
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
