Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Flutter Developer who will be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter at Vexil Infotech Pvt Ltd. You will be working closely with a talented team that has developed multiple internal and client-facing mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Build visually appealing UIs and animations that are responsive and performant across devices.
• Work in collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure the code is well-structured, modular, and easy to maintain.
• Debug and resolve performance and scalability issues across mobile platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with Flutter updates, libraries, and trends in mobile development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing mobile apps using Flutter (Experience in React Native or Ionic is a plus).
• Experience in creating complex UIs, custom animations, and platform-specific integrations.
• Strong understanding of State Management (such as Provider, Bloc, or Redux) including middleware and lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, and creating or customizing jQuery plugins.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, XHTML, and awareness of web security standards (XSS, CSRF).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and logical reasoning.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
