We’re hiring a Flutter Developer to build and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You’ll own features end to end, from design and implementation through testing and release, working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product. The ideal candidate writes clean, maintainable code, cares about the user experience, and is equipped to use modern agentic AI development methods to work faster without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart
Integrate and manage backend services with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, etc.)
Consume and integrate REST and GraphQL API services reliably and efficiently
Architect features using appropriate state management patterns
Apply sound design principles to deliver intuitive, polished, and responsive interfaces
Follow best practices across the release cycle: versioning, testing, CI/CD, and Play Store / App Store submissions
Use agentic AI development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and review while maintaining high standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience developing Flutter applications
Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework
Solid understanding of Firebase services and how to architect around them
Hands-on experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs
Proficiency with state management solutions (Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider)
Good grasp of mobile UI/UX design principles and platform guidelines
Familiarity with app release best practices and store submission processes
Comfortable using agentic AI development methods and tooling in everyday workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
