Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to translate designs into functional applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and crashes.
• Implement proper testing practices, including unit and integration testing.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter updates, tools, and development trends.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and overall user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart development.
• Strong understanding of mobile development principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of Material Design, responsive layouts, and adaptive UI.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Good problem-solving abilities and strong debugging skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, etc.).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployments.
• Basic knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
