About the Role

Siwtech SMC-Private Limited is seeking a talented Flutter Developer to build, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications (Android & iOS) integrated with our advanced web systems.
You’ll be responsible for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces, integrating RESTful APIs, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability across devices.

This role is ideal for developers who can work independently, manage timelines effectively, and coordinate with backend developers (CodeIgniter / Laravel) to deliver robust and modern mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) for both Android and iOS.
• Integrate apps with RESTful APIs developed in CodeIgniter or Laravel backend frameworks.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure data synchronization (JSON, HTTP, Firebase).
• Implement Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging – FCM).
• Build secure login/authentication systems (role-based: parent, student, teacher, admin).
• Develop features like Attendance, Fee Reports, Results, Assignments, and Communication Modules.
• Optimize app performance for speed and low memory usage.
• Create reusable widgets and maintain clean, scalable code structure.
• Handle app publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Debug, test, and resolve issues quickly while ensuring UI/UX consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ year of Flutter development experience (or strong portfolio).
• Proficient in Dart and Flutter state management frameworks (Provider, GetX, or Bloc).
• Strong understanding of API integration, JSON handling, and backend communication.
• Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Realtime Database).
• Familiarity with Git version control and teamwork tools (ClickUp / Trello).
• Understanding of responsive UI design for different screen sizes.
• Experience with offline data sync, local storage (SQLite), and caching is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture (MVVM / Clean Architecture) preferred.
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play and App Store is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Familiar with Laravel / CodeIgniter backend structure and API workflows.
• Experience integrating payment gateways (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Stripe).
• Experience with GPS-based modules and real-time tracking (for transport feature).
• Knowledge of multi-campus architecture or multi-tenant systems.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Compensation
