Tarsil is a rapidly growing SaaS platform that helps businesses manage deliveries, sales, inventory, and operations. We are building modern mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter. We are looking for a Flutter Developer who can work efficiently across both platforms with strong UI/UX skills and understanding of mobile software architecture.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Flutter Developer responsible for developing high-quality Android and iOS applications. The developer must have hands-on experience with Flutter, Dart, REST APIs, offline data handling, and app deployment processes. Since the role involves iOS development, having a personal MacBook is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-performance Android and iOS apps using Flutter and Dart

- Collaborate with backend team to integrate REST APIs

- Build pixel-perfect and responsive UI based on given designs

- Work with offline data management (SQLite, Hive, etc.)

- Implement state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, GetX)

- Handle app debugging, improvements, and performance optimization

- Test, build, and deploy iOS apps using Xcode (MacBook required)

- Deploy Android builds on Google Play Console

- Maintain clean, reusable, and scalable codebase

- Collaborate with team on new features and UX enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

- 1.5 – 2 years of professional Flutter development experience

- Strong command over Dart, Flutter, Widgets, Navigation, and UI building

- Experience with Android and iOS development lifecycle

- Must have hands-on experience building and deploying iOS apps (MacBook required)

- Understanding of REST APIs integration

- Experience with local storage (Sqflite, Hive, SharedPreferences)

- Knowledge of state management patterns (Provider, Bloc, GetX)

- Familiarity with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, FCM)

- Good debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

- Experience with custom animations and transitions

- Understanding of Clean Architecture or MVVM

- Experience with Git / Azure DevOps

- Background in SaaS systems or enterprise apps
