Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Flutter Developer with 1.5–2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of application architecture, state management, and clean coding practices. This role requires someone who can write efficient code, implement UI designs from Figma, and contribute effectively to Fintech projects while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.

Apply clean coding practices and follow standard design patterns.

Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI/UX.

Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.

Debug and optimize applications for better performance and reliability.

Use Git version control for efficient collaboration and code management.

Support the development of secure and reliable solutions in Fintech projects.

Requirements

1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.

Understanding of application architecture and state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MVVM, etc.).

Practical experience in building Fintech applications (wallets, payments, banking, etc.).

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Experience implementing UI from Figma to Flutter.

Proficiency in Git version control (branching, merging, pull requests).

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.

Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, or Node.js.

Knowledge of unit, widget, and integration testing.

Salary Package:

Salary Rs. 72,000 to 90,000

Negotiable as per experience & Skill
