Flutter Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with at least 2 years of professional experience in mobile and/or web application development. You will be responsible for developing cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework, ensuring high performance and smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional mobile apps with pixel-perfect implementation.
• Optimize app performance for speed, responsiveness and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Fix bugs and improve application performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Proficient in Dart, Python and mobile architecture patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Android Studio for Flutter development and debugging.
• Experience with Flask, SQLite, or similar local storage solutions.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with state management, responsive design, and widget lifecycle.
• Experience working with Google Maps, push notifications, or background services.
• Experience deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

• Experience with Flask, Node.js, or backend integrations.
• Exposure to Redis or Typesense, or other data indexing tools
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM (e.g., Odoo) or sales-focused business applications.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
