FM Admin & Document Control

Job Summary

We are seeking administrative and document control professionals to support FM operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support
  • Maintain document control systems
  • Track reports and correspondence
  • Support CAFM updates and work order tracking
  • Coordinate with site teams
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of FM/Admin/Document Control experience
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • CAFM experience preferred
  • Immediate joiners preferred
