FM Administrator

About Us:
Cityway Facilities Management Company is a trusted name in delivering high-quality FM services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. We are looking for a skilled and motivated FM Administrator with relevant experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the FM department.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support the FM team with scheduling, work orders, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for seamless operations.
  • Prepare and update management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facilities Management company.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Knowledge of FM operations and workflows is preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
