Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations within the FM department.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist the FM team with scheduling, work orders, and service requests.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and update management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facilities Management company.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Knowledge of FM operations and workflows is preferred.
