We are looking for a reliable Facilities Coordinator to support the daily operations and maintenance of our properties. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring smooth tenant move-in and move-out processes, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-managed facility environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor both preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors for timely task completion.
- Manage tenant check-ins, move-ins, and move-outs, ensuring proper documentation.
- Conduct site visits and inspections when required.
- Collect and verify invoices and supporting documents before submission.
- Maintain accurate records of assets, maintenance activities, and service reports.
- Communicate with vendors and monitor their performance to ensure quality service.
- Ensure all works comply with safety and company standards.
- Prepare simple reports and assist in facility documentation and audits.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in property or facilities coordination.
- Good understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Flexible and willing to conduct site visits when necessary.
