We are seeking an experienced FM Engineer who can join immediately to support day-to-day facilities management operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient maintenance of building services and compliance with client and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily FM operations including MEP, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedules
- Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and service providers
- Attend client meetings and handle service requests and complaints
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly FM reports
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and SLA/KPI requirements
- Monitor material usage, spare parts, and site inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as FM Engineer in facilities management projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and FM systems
- Immediate joiners only
