Job Opening: Facilities Management (FM) Engineer – Immediate Joiners

We are looking for a skilled and proactive FM Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities management operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of multiple sites, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and supervise all facility operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.

Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.

Monitor and maintain equipment performance, safety compliance, and quality standards.

Respond promptly to client queries and technical issues, providing effective solutions.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and site reports.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field) preferred.

✓ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Facilities Management or related field.

✓ Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.

✓ Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✓ Ability to work independently, manage multiple sites, and meet deadlines.

✓ Immediate joiners preferred.
