Job Summary

Daytona Properties is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FM Engineer to manage the facilities operations of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance coordination, regulatory compliance, inspections, and reporting to ensure properties are maintained to high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage facilities operations for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct detailed property inspections and prepare snagging reports.
• Prepare final maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations including DLD, Civil Defense, and DEWA requirements.
• Supervise maintenance contractors and service providers.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support handover and takeover inspections.
• Ensure health, safety, and operational standards are maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in Facilities Management within UAE.
• Experience managing residential and commercial property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations (DLD, Civil Defense, DEWA).
• Experience in preparing maintenance and snagging reports.
• Experience in procurement of materials.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Own car preferred.
• Must be available to join by 1 April.
• Preferably Arabic speaking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
