FM Engineer (Hard & Soft Services)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant Facilities Management experience.
• Strong experience in both Hard FM and Soft FM services.
• Experience in managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use facilities.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems, Civil maintenance, specialized systems, housekeeping, security, pest control, and other FM support services.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Own vehicle (car).
• Available for immediate or short-notice joining preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day FM operations for Hard and Soft Services.
• Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Supervise maintenance teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage client communications and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
• Monitor service quality, asset performance, and operational costs.
• Prepare technical reports, quotations, and maintenance plans.
