Job Summary:
The FM (Facility Management) / Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for supervising maintenance staff, ensuring the proper operation and upkeep of building systems, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and breakdowns.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and asset registers.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory and arrange procurement of spare parts and materials.
- Train and guide maintenance team members to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance supervision.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.
Preferred Skills:
- UAE facility management experience.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
