We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Manager to lead and oversee all FM operations across assigned properties. The role is responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, team management and ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, performance and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end FM operations, including hard and soft services
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance and asset management strategies
- Lead FM supervisors, engineers, technicians, and service providers
- Manage budgets, cost control, and service contracts
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance across sites
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Coordinate with clients, landlords, tenants, and authorities
- Support mobilization, handover, and transition of new facilities
- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and improvement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities Management, with managerial responsibility
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and building services
- Proven experience managing large teams and multiple sites
- Strong financial, contract, and vendor management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in CMMS, MS Word and reporting tools.
