FM Manager

Position Title: FM Manager(Civil Background _ Arab Speakers)
Industry: Facilities Management
Location: Abu Dhabi / UAE
Experience Required: 4–6 Years in UAE Facilities Management Industry
Preferred Experience: ASTECO Property Management experience preferred

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management operations.
• Prior experience with ASTECO or similar property management companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance and FM operations.
• Any arab Nationals
• Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Good understanding of SLA, KPI, and maintenance standards.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and UAE FM practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CAFM/FM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• UAE Driving License preferred
