Job Title: FM Team Leader

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:

The FM Team Leader is responsible for supervising maintenance staff and ensuring smooth daily facility operations. The role includes overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance works, coordinating with clients, operation team, management, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of technicians and helpers (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil).

Assign daily work schedules and monitor task completion.

Ensure preventive maintenance (PPM) is carried out as per schedule.

Attend and resolve breakdown complaints efficiently.

Conduct site inspections and report facility condition.

Coordinate with subcontractors when required.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Monitor material usage and request spare parts when needed.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annually reports for management.

Maintain good client relationship and respond to tenant concerns.

Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.

Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in GCC country and Facility Management.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil maintenance.

Experience supervising a team.

Good communication skills.

Knowledge of safety procedures and FM best practices.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: From AED 3,000 per month (negotiable) as per the applicant’s assessment.

Benefits: As per UAE law, Visa, medical insurance, annual leave, accommodation, transportation (Provided).
