FM Transformation Head / Manager

Job Title: Transformation Lead

Reporting to : CEO/ Chairman

Role Purpose

A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Transformation Manager to drive operational excellence, strategic improvement, and service innovation across the organization. This role ensures successful planning, execution, support functions and adoption of transformation programs that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and overall business performance.

About the role:

The Transformation Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering the organization transformation agenda. You will lead key support functions—including Administration, Business Development, Health, Safety, Quality & Risk (HSEQ), Sustainability, Procurement, and Data & Technology—while overseeing programs of work that strengthen operational performance and embed continuous improvement.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with internal specialists, subject‑matter experts, and senior stakeholders to ensure the organization continues to evolve, innovate, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Define and lead transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals
  • Identify improvement opportunities across operations, processes, and services
  • Translate business strategy into actionable transformation initiatives

2. Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end transformation projects (planning → execution → delivery)
  • Set milestones, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

3. Process Improvement

  • Analyze current processes and identify inefficiencies
  • Implement best practices, automation, and standardization
  • Drive continuous improvement culture across departments

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with leadership, department heads, and external partners
  • Communicate transformation vision and progress clearly
  • Manage resistance and ensure stakeholder alignment

5. Change Management

  • Develop change management frameworks and communication plans
  • Ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and structures
  • Conduct training and awareness programs

6. Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and transformation impact
  • Provide regular reports to senior management
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7–12 years of experience in transformation, consulting, or operations
  • Experience in service industry / facilities management is a plus

Reporting Line

  • Reports to: CEO / COO / Director of Strategy
  • Works closely with: Operations, HR, Finance, IT teams

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
