FMCG Area Sales Manager

Location: Al Ain

Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations within the assigned territory to achieve revenue and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the FMCG segment
• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets
• Build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of FMCG sales experience (UAE market preferred)
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
