Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cash Van Salesman role located in Doha, Qatar. The role involves managing daily sales of FMCG products through direct distribution to customers using a cash van. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, delivering products to various retail outlets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring proper stock management. The Cash Van Salesman is also responsible for completing daily financial transactions and submitting necessary reports to the sales management team.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and engage consumers effectively
  • Time management and organizational skills for route planning, inventory control, and scheduling
  • Basic financial skills to manage transactions, handle payments, and prepare accurate financial reports
  • Customer relationship management abilities to build trust and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Knowledge of FMCG products or experience in the retail/distribution industry is an advantage
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in sales is a plus
