FMCG E-commerce Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, pricing, content, and stock across e-commerce platforms
• Monitor daily sales performance and key KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROI, fill rates)
• Execute platform promotions, PPC ads, and support online product launches
• Coordinate order fulfillment, returns, and logistics for smooth operations
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and category teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in FMCG or food e-commerce operations
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
• Good analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Experience with quick commerce apps (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto)
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
