FMCG Manager

We are looking for a driven Café & Bakery Manager in the Giwan Island and Msheireb to lead daily operations, grow sales, and improve profitability. The ideal candidate has FMCG experience, supplier management skills, catering experience, and a vision to elevate the bakery and cafe.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staff management, and workflow efficiency
• Manage suppliers, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Apply FMCG insights to product mix, pricing, and promotions
• Drive sales growth, catering orders, and new revenue streams
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and improve margins
• Support marketing, brand consistency, and customer engagement
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in café, bakery, restaurant, or FMCG operations
• Strong supplier management, catering, and sales growth experience
• Leadership and financial management skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for food, service excellence, and business growth

Preferred: Multi-branch experience, POS & inventory systems knowledge, marketing exposure, and ability to scale operations.
