FMCG Merchandiser - Food & Beverage - Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

Niru is seeking a high-performing FMCG Food & Beverage Merchandiser to drive excellent in-store execution across assigned outlets in the UAE. The ideal candidate is disciplined, hardworking, and detail-focused, with a strong understanding of shelf management, stock rotation, and brand visibility. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product availability, maintaining company standards, and strengthening Niru’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and strictly adhere to the approved journey plan; any changes must be approved by the Sales Supervisor
• Ensure continuous on-shelf availability and shelves are filled to capacity at all times
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) across shelves and store warehouses
• Inspect in-store warehouses and transfer stock to shelves during each visit
• Rotate shelf stock correctly and maintain clean, organized displays
• Maximize shelf presence and visibility for Niru products
• Implement shelf rental and promotional displays in line with agreed terms
• Identify, report, and action damaged or short-expiry stock according to company policy
• Use approved POSM, ensuring it is clean, visible, and appropriately placed
• Complete daily call reports, stock transfer sheets, and all required documentation accurately
• Monitor and report competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and product launches
• Always represent Niru professionally and uphold company values, policies, and ethical standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as an FMCG Merchandiser, preferably within food & beverage
• Strong knowledge of modern trade and supermarket execution in the UAE
• Hardworking, reliable, and disciplined with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
• Physically capable of handling merchandising tasks
• Willingness to attend the office and work in the market as agreed with Sales Management
• UAE market experience and valid residency preferred
