Job Summary

The Finance Head will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and management of the organization. This role oversees all financial operations, ensures compliance with UAE regulations, and provides strategic insights to support business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven background in financial management within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, VAT filing, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support decision making.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financial risk.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and develop the finance team; ensure efficient internal controls and financial processes.
• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors.
• Support the management team with financial insights for strategic planning and investments.
• Oversee procurement, cost control, and expense management policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certifications preferred: CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Experience managing audits and coordinating with banks.
• Proficiency in ERP systems ( Odoo, ) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
