FNP/PA for DeLeon Springs, FL clinic

Overview
We are looking for a Part time (24 hours/week) licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our full family practice clinic in DeLeon Spring, FL. The schedule for this role is Mon/Wed/Thurs from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

General Responsibilities

• Performs general medical care including examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-ups when providing primary care, acute care, chronic disease management and work-related injury care to our patients..
• Orders and interprets laboratory studies/examinations to determine treatment, orders medication and other forms of treatment.

Education:

• Must be Credentialed/Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida.
• For NP - must have already met the State’s requirement of 3000 minimum hours of supervision under a licensed physician and possess the ability to apply for the State’s “autonomous practice” status.
• For PA - must have already met the State’s requirement of 2000 minimum hours of supervision under a licensed physician.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $73.00 per hour
