Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Consultant
to lead end-to-end implementations and optimizations of supply chain modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in supply chain processes, strong business acumen, and hands-on experience configuring and deploying D365 F&O solutions for manufacturing, logistics, and distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead workshops with clients to gather business requirements related to
procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, production, and logistics
.

Design and configure D365 F&O Supply Chain modules including
Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, Sales and Distribution, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management
.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.

Perform
fit-gap analysis
and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.

Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations, data migrations, and customizations.

Develop
test plans, training materials, and end-user documentation
.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), go-live preparation, and post-implementation support.

Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between supply chain processes and overall business objectives.

Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, best practices, and new feature releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience
working as a Supply Chain Consultant on
Dynamics 365 F&O / AX
implementations.

Strong understanding of
end-to-end supply chain processes
(procurement, inventory, production, order management, logistics).

Experience with
Warehouse Management (WMS)
and
Master Planning (MRP)
modules is highly preferred.

Ability to conduct client workshops, document business requirements, and design scalable solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in
multi-entity, global rollouts
.

Familiarity with
Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure integrations
.

Knowledge of
manufacturing or distribution industry best practices
.

Strong understanding of data migration and integration methodologies.
