Seasonal Foam Party Operator (April/May to September)

Are you fun, energetic, and looking for a rewarding seasonal job? Join our team as a Foam Party Operator!

We’re looking for extremely reliable and hard-working individuals to help us create unforgettable foam-filled experiences. As a Foam Party Operator, you’ll play a key role in setting up, hosting, and tearing down at various events.

Job Details:

Seasonal Position: April/May to September

• Pay: $60 the first hour then $20 every hour after that
• Tips: Operators keep tips!
• Pay Example. For a 2-hour foam party, you’re paid to set up, 2 hour for the event, and clean up for a total of $80. Setup take roughly 30 minutes and teardown takes roughly 20 minutes.

Requirements:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally and positively with clients of all ages.
• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor to ensure a fun experience for guests. Comfortable engaging with event attendees and maintaining a fun, high-energy atmosphere.
• Punctual, dependable, and organized to ensure timely setup and operation of events.
• Comfortable with physical activity, such as setting up equipment, moving gear, and being on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g., foam cannon onto a tripod).
• Quick thinking to resolve issues like equipment malfunctions or unexpected changes in event plans.
• Must have a reliable vehicle large enough to transport equipment.
• Ability to work in a variety of environments, from backyards to large venues.
• Willingness to work closely with other team members and clients to execute events successfully.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Transport foam equipment to and from each event.
• Set up foam machines and equipment at event locations.
• Host foam parties, ensuring attendees have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Tear down and pack equipment after the event is complete.
