Job Title: FOD Coordinator
Experience: Minimum 1 year in the elevator industry
Job Summary:
The FOD Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field service operations, scheduling technicians, monitoring maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring timely completion of service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities of field technicians.
- Schedule maintenance, repair, and breakdown calls.
- Track job progress and prepare service reports.
- Liaise with customers and internal departments for service coordination.
- Maintain service records and operational documentation.
- Ensure timely response to customer requests and operational issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the elevator/escalator industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
