Job Title: FOD Coordinator

Experience: Minimum 1 year in the elevator industry

Job Summary:
The FOD Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field service operations, scheduling technicians, monitoring maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring timely completion of service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily activities of field technicians.
  • Schedule maintenance, repair, and breakdown calls.
  • Track job progress and prepare service reports.
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments for service coordination.
  • Maintain service records and operational documentation.
  • Ensure timely response to customer requests and operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the elevator/escalator industry.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
