Empamamas is Tampa’s award-winning, not-so-basic empanada concept, located inside Armature Works on the Tampa Riverwalk. We’re known for our great experience along with great food – and we’re looking for FOH professionals who take pride in delivering both.

What We’re Looking For

We’re currently seeking a Front of House Guest Experience Specialist who understands that hospitality is not a task—it’s a standard.

The Role

This role is responsible for delivering consistent, professional hospitality to every guest. You are the face of the brand and are expected to set the tone from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave.

This is a service-driven role rooted in professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine, consistent hospitality to every guest
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the ordering process
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready FOH at all times
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service
• Address guest concerns calmly and professionally
• Uphold Empamamas’ service standards and contribute to a strong team culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, service, sales, or cashier roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay focused and composed during peak service
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Hep A vaccination - required***
• Reliable transportation
• Active bank account for direct deposit
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
