QUA Dining is part of Kei Concepts, a growing restaurant group known for creating memorable dining experiences through thoughtful hospitality, quality food, and a strong team culture. We are looking for friendly, organized, and guest-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team as a Host/Hostess.

Position Summary

The Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for our guests and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience. This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, seating guests efficiently, and supporting the front-of-house team during service.

Responsibilities

Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.

Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.

Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth table flow.

Provide accurate wait times and keep guests updated.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.

Assist with menus, to-go orders, and general guest needs as needed.

Support the team with additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Food Handler Card certification is required (We will pay for your certification if you need one!)

Schedule Requirements

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Flexible schedule preferred.
