FOH Ice Cream Baristas

Red Rover Creamery is an artisanal ice cream shop in downtown Portsmouth looking for ice cream baristas to serve up our small batch, handmade confections. We put a lot of love and care into what we make and we are looking for a few enthusiastic people to carry on that love with our customer service. We expect 2026 to be our busiest summer yet, with an expanded menu and hours. Come have fun with us this season.

Our menu is small, but mighty and will be growing as we expand our space this spring/summer. It changes weekly and is driven by the season and the wonderful products we are able to source, both locally and from California, from which we hail. If you are as excited about good food and sweet things as we are, give us a shout. We strive to make our customers happy while having fun ourselves. Responsibilities

• Serve ice cream and beverages to customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring excellent customer service and knowledge of product at hand.
• Operate POS system to process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream bar and serving areas, adhering to food safety standards.
• Prepare food items, including toppings and cones, while managing time efficiently during peak hours.
• Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for accurate cash register operations.
