*Overview*

We seek a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional guest services in an indoor golf and cafe setting.

*Duties*

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service
• Clean guests' clubs, teach them about how our simulators work, and manage reservations efficiently
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Handle phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Utilize POS systems, including Square POS, to manage seating arrangements
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area

*Experience*

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or food service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests
• Knowledge of guest relations practices is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour
