No one asked, but we raised the bar on mini golf anyway. The Dirdie Birdie is landing in Fort Worth's W 7th bar district this June — an immersive, art-filled mini golf course paired with chef-driven food and craft cocktails that are as photogenic as they are delicious. From families and weekday business crowds to the late-night bar scene, everyone gets a great time here — and right now, we're looking for the people to make it happen.

Open Positions

Our front-of-house team is the face of the floor — equal parts host, guide, and good time. From the door to the green to the bar, you'll keep the energy high, the pace steady, and every guest feeling like they're exactly where they should be. We're hiring across the following roles:

Server
$5.00/hr + tips
Warm, attentive service from greeting to goodbye; menu knowledge and steady pace through high-volume nights.

Bartender
$7.25/hr + tips
Craft cocktails to spec, fast and beautiful; anchor the bar through late-night rushes.

Host
$9.00/hr + tip share
Manage the door, waitlist, and golf reservations; set the first and last impression.

Food Runner / Busser
$9.00/hr + tip share
Run food fast and accurately; bus, reset, and support the whole dining room.

Barback
$10.00/hr + tip share
Keep the bar stocked, iced, and running so drinks never slow down.

Caddie
$8.00/hr + tips
Guide guests through the course, keep pacing steady, and provide cocktail service on the green.

Security
$17/hr
Manage the door, check IDs, monitor the room, and keep the good times safe.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, guest-first attitude and a genuine sense of hospitality
• Composure and efficiency during high-volume, late-night service
• Reliability, punctuality, and a true team-first mindset
• Comfort working in a social, nightlife-driven environment
• Tipped service roles: TABC Seller-Server certification (or willing to obtain immediately)
• Food Handler certification where applicable (or willing to obtain immediately)
• Most roles welcome all experience levels — we'll train the right people

Operating Hours

• Monday: Closed
• Tuesday: 11am – 11pm
• Wednesday: 11am – 11pm
• Thursday: 11am – 2am
• Friday: 11am – 2am
• Saturday: 11am – 2am
• Sunday: 11am – 11pm

Thursday–Saturday run a 1–2am late-night window — expect our highest-energy, highest-earning shifts.
