Hiring Event – Join the Team at Castiglia’s Italian Restaurant & Sky Bar - Wednesday, March 4th!!

Castiglia’s Italian Restaurant & Sky Bar are gearing up for an exciting season and are seeking motivated, hospitality-focused team members to join our front-of-house staff.

Wednesday, March 4th
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
911 Charles Street | Downtown Fredericksburg

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Bartenders: Minimum age of 21 and a minimum of 2 years' experience required
• Servers: Minimum age of 18 and at least 1 year of experience needed
• Host/Hostess: Minimum age of 16 years old
• Food Runners/Bussers: Minimum age of 16 years old.
• Barbacks: Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Shift Leaders – Minimum age of 21 and a minimum of 1 year experience required. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are committed to delivering outstanding guest service.
