We’re currently hiring Front of House (FOH) Team Members to join our Austin location and help create welcoming, memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—keeping things running smoothly, especially during our busiest seasons. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Taking orders and processing payments accurately
• Answering questions and offering menu or product recommendations
• Handling returns, exchanges, or payment inquiries professionally
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
• Restocking supplies and supporting daily operations
• Following company procedures, safety standards, and service guidelines
• Working closely with teammates to keep service efficient and upbeat

Your role helps set the tone for every visit and ensures guests leave with a great impression.

What We’re Looking For
