About the Role

All front-of-house hires complete a 20-shift training program:
Host → Sizzle (food running) → Bar → Server

Advancement is performance-based, not guaranteed.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver strong guest experience from first impression to exit
• Control dining room flow and pacing
• Execute food and drinks with speed and accuracy
• Learn and run a full server section
• Support the team and maintain clean, organized stations

You must:

• Meet training standards
• Perform consistently under pressure
• Earn promotion (not automatic)

Pay & Schedule

• Starting: $12/hour (training)
• Pay increases with responsibility
• Server role includes tips (once earned)
• Nights + weekends required
