Folder Gluer Operator

Label-Press Operator

• 1 to 3 years minimum of folder/gluer operation experience
• Must be able to set up folder/gluer for change overs
• Experience repairing and maintaining necessary equipment
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly during a work shift
• Ability to work: day, night and weekend shifts as required
• Team player
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (English literacy)
• Prior experience working in a fast pace manufacturing environment is a plus
• Must be flexible (work days, nights and weekends as required)
• Must be able to tolerate seasonally hot and cold working environment
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding position and tolerate standing for extended periods of time

Summary

As a folder/gluer operator, you will be essential in the manufacturing process including but not limited to: setting up folder and maintaining pneumatic gluing equipment including performing maintenance and conducting quality checks. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and precision measuring skills. You will report to the Production Supervisor and collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient operations. Your ability to read blueprints and apply quality control measures will be vital in maintaining production standards.
