Follow-Up Caller — Remote, Commission

We run a coaching program that teaches people how to build a business in a niche most people don't know exists: aircraft detailing. Over the last several months, about 2,500 people raised their hand — downloaded our guide, registered for a class, or started an application — and then went quiet. Most of them are still a fit. They got busy, got distracted, or never got a real follow-up. Your job is to bring them back.

This is not cold calling. Every name on the list already told us they want to start this business. You're the person who picks up the phone, reconnects, figures out who's still serious, and books the serious ones onto a call with our closing team.

WHAT THE ROLE ACTUALLY IS

  • Working a list of ~2,500 warm-but-cold leads by phone, with text and email follow-up where it makes sense
  • High volume of dials — this is a phone job, not an inbox job
  • Re-qualifying interest and booking appointments for our closers
  • Logging every outcome cleanly in the CRM so nothing slips
  • Showing up to a short daily check-in and reporting your numbers

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • You're comfortable on the phone and you don't flinch at "no"
  • You're organized enough to work a list of 2,500 without losing track
  • You own your numbers instead of explaining them away
  • You can work remote and independently without someone standing over you

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

  • Anyone looking for a salary to sit behind
  • Anyone who needs to be chased to make their calls
  • Anyone who treats follow-up as optional

THE HONEST PART
This is a grind the first few weeks while you work through the backlog. The upside: it's a list that's already paid for, full of people who told us they wanted exactly what we teach. If you're good on the phone and you actually do the work, the appointments are there.

COMP
This is percentage-based. You earn a cut of every deal that closes from an appointment you set — [10%]. The more serious people you get in front of our closers, the more you make. No cap.

WHERE IT GOES
This is the front door, not the ceiling. The people who prove they can work a list and book quality appointments are the first ones we look at when a closing seat opens up — that's a bigger percentage on bigger conversations. We'd rather promote someone who's already shown us their work ethic than hire a stranger. If you want to grow, the path is here for you to earn.

Pay: $1.00 - $1,000.00 per day
