Job Summary:
The Follow-Up Manager is responsible for ensuring timely communication, tracking progress, and maintaining accountability across departments, clients, and vendors. This role involves monitoring pending tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring commitments and deadlines are met to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all pending tasks, commitments, and follow-ups across departments and projects.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely updates and completion of deliverables.
- Develop and maintain follow-up reports, trackers, and dashboards for management review.
- Identify bottlenecks, delays, and areas requiring attention, and proactively resolve them.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare follow-up notes, and ensure assigned actions are completed.
- Support senior management by providing status updates and escalation summaries.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through consistent communication.
- Ensure follow-up communication is professional, timely, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Implement and improve follow-up systems, tools, and processes to enhance productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or client servicing roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and result-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in client coordination or project follow-up roles.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong reporting and documentation abilities.
