Here is what the pay looks like. Base is $8 per hour starting with a fast track to $12 per hour depending on performance. On top of that you earn $500 for every deal that closes. Pay goes out through Wise, Payoneer, or PayPal. No chasing anyone down for what you earned.

Here is what one of our Follow-up Specialists actually does on a typical shift:

Opens their CRM first thing and reviews new inbound leads from our active text campaigns. Calls and qualifies sellers using our proven script. Schedules appointments directly onto our acquisitions calendar. Follows up with leads that did not convert on first touch. Keeps records clean so nothing falls through the cracks.

What we are looking for is someone with excellent spoken and written English, at least one year of experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or similar work, a quiet workspace and reliable internet, and someone who is coachable and organized enough to follow a system without needing hand-holding. Real estate experience helps but we will train the right person.
