Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven  Senior IT Sales Closer  to lead end-to-end sales of  StaffViz , an AI-powered workforce management, employee monitoring, and productivity analytics platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS/IT sales, with proven expertise in closing high-value deals, managing enterprise clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic closer who can convert qualified leads into long-term clients and contribute directly to business expansion.

StaffViz is an all-in-one workforce management solution designed to help organizations manage employees, track productivity, monitor performance, and streamline HR operations through real-time analytics and AI-driven insights.

It includes features such as:

  • Employee monitoring & activity tracking
  • Time tracking & productivity analytics
  • Project & task management
  • HR, onboarding & training modules
  • Shift scheduling & performance reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the  full sales cycle : lead qualification → product demo → negotiation → closing
  • Drive  revenue growth  by closing new business opportunities for StaffViz
  • Conduct  product demos and presentations  tailored to client needs
  • Identify and target  SMEs, enterprises, and remote teams  requiring workforce management solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with  C-level executives, HR heads, and decision-makers
  • Develop  sales strategies, pipelines, and forecasts  to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversion rates
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms effectively
  • Maintain CRM records and provide accurate reporting on sales activities
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and SaaS industry developments

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong  closing skills  with a hunter mindset
  • Deep understanding of  SaaS / IT solutions selling
  • Ability to sell value-driven solutions (ROI-based selling)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in handling  enterprise-level deals and long sales cycles
  • Strong objection handling and consultative selling approach
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience  in IT / SaaS sales (mandatory)
  • Proven track record of  closing high-value B2B deals
  • Experience selling  HR software, ERP, CRM, or workforce management tools  is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)

  • Monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Conversion rate (lead → closure)
  • Average deal size
  • Sales cycle duration
  • Client retention & upselling
