, an AI-powered workforce management, employee monitoring, and productivity analytics platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS/IT sales, with proven expertise in closing high-value deals, managing enterprise clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic closer who can convert qualified leads into long-term clients and contribute directly to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Own the
full sales cycle
: lead qualification → product demo → negotiation → closing

Drive
revenue growth
by closing new business opportunities for StaffViz
-
Conduct
product demos and presentations
tailored to client needs
-
Identify and target
SMEs, enterprises, and remote teams
requiring workforce management solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with
C-level executives, HR heads, and decision-makers

Develop
sales strategies, pipelines, and forecasts
to meet monthly and quarterly targets

Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversion rates

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms effectively
-
Maintain CRM records and provide accurate reporting on sales activities

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and SaaS industry developments
Required Skills & Competencies

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience
in IT / SaaS sales (mandatory)

closing high-value B2B deals

Experience selling
HR software, ERP, CRM, or workforce management tools
is highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
