We are seeking an experienced front-end web developer to support campaign-based digital marketing and technology transfer initiatives tied to the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and other agency or program-funded technologies.
This role will support two required service areas:
- Plan, develop, implement, and deploy custom modules, templates, and front-end web assets in HubSpot and/or on TechLink websites for campaign-specific needs.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, technical, and developer teams to review code, apply brand standards, and implement updates to websites and landing pages in support of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The role also includes helping organize documented code, component libraries, and related design assets.
Work must perform well in a cross-browser, cross-platform, mixed-format environment.
Required qualifications
Applicants must be able to demonstrate all of the following:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in custom development in HubSpot and front-end frameworks
- Strong development skills with emphasis on:
- HubL
- JavaScript
- React
- Next.js
- Node.js
- HTML
- CSS, including Tailwind and/or SCSS
- Experience managing source code changes with Git
- Baseline knowledge of collaborative development workflows and version control platforms such as GitLab
- Familiarity with common web application hosting architectures
- Experience using REST and GraphQL to create dynamic front-end applications
- Ability to collaborate on projects and deliverables with TechLink and other contractors
- Ability to develop AI-powered modules and LLM-based modules
- Previous experience working with marketing agencies

- Building applications using IaaS and PaaS cloud services
- Deployments on AWS and/or Azure
Other expectations
The selected contractor must be able to support accurate labor-hour tracking and operate within an auditable accounting environment aligned with generally accepted accounting principles. Pricing under the contract is fully loaded, excluding allowable travel reimbursement.
Pay: $55.00 per hour
