Food And Beverage Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven F&B Service Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will deliver warm, professional, and personalized service that reflects the excellence of a luxury five-star dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and professional service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from seating to departure.

• Present menus, make recommendations, and offer detailed knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and beverage pairings.

• Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.

• Anticipate guest needs, accommodate special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and politely.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area, stations, and service equipment.

• Support the team in setting up, clearing, and resetting tables in line with service standards.

• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient coordination.

• Uphold Forbes and brand service standards, delivering each interaction with genuine hospitality.

• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations as per hotel policy.

• Assist in daily briefings, trainings, and service preparation activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ F&B service experience in a luxury five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

• Polished appearance and professional grooming in line with brand expectations.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems (Micros/Simphony) preferred.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
