The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all daily operations of the venue’s F&B departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, streamlined service, strong financial performance, and compliance with operational standards. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience managing high-energy nightlife environments as well as premium specialty outlets such as lounges, concept bars, themed venues, and boutique restaurants.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead and manage F&B operations across nightclubs, bars, lounges, and specialty outlets to ensure smooth service during high-volume periods.
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, staffing schedules, inventory management, and floor operations.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support service teams, resolve guest issues, and uphold brand standards.
- Ensure all outlets adhere to safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations, including alcohol service compliance.
Financial Performance
- Develop, manage, and analyze budgets, cost controls, forecasts, and profit-and-loss statements for multiple outlets.
- Optimize revenue through strategic pricing, promotions, and menu engineering tailored to nightclub and specialty outlet audiences.
- Implement cost-saving measures in purchasing, labor management, and inventory without compromising quality.
Team Leadership & Training
- Recruit, onboard, and train staff for nightlife and specialty-service environments, including bartenders, servers, hosts, and security personnel.
- Mentor supervisors and team members to cultivate a culture of service excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and staff meetings.
Guest Experience & Service Standards
- Create memorable, high-energy guest experiences aligned with the brand’s identity and entertainment programming.
- Manage VIP services, reservation systems, bottle service programs, and guest relations typical of nightclub operations.
- Monitor service quality through guest feedback systems and implement continuous improvements.
Menu & Beverage Program Development
- Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to design innovative menus, specialty cocktails, and themed beverage offerings.
- Ensure consistency in food and beverage presentation, taste, and quality across all outlets.
- Oversee special event menus, seasonal promotions, and unique nightlife activations.
Event & Entertainment Coordination
- Work alongside entertainment directors, DJs, promoters, and marketing teams to support event nights, themed parties, and private functions.
- Coordinate staffing, logistics, and service flow for high-volume events and specialty experiences.
Vendor & Supplier Partnerships
- Manage vendor relationships for food, beverage, equipment, and specialty products.
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate on new product introductions and promotional partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience managing F&B operations in nightclubs, bars, lounges, or specialty concept outlets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, nightclub service models, and VIP protocols.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in cost control and P&L management.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environments.
- Strong customer service orientation with an eye for detail and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations relevant to nightlife operations.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
