About the Job

As Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for both the short-term and long-term planning and management of the Food and Beverage operations in both the front and back of the house. Your goal is to achieve customer satisfaction and provide quality service while meeting or exceeding financial objectives. This role includes overseeing all Food and Beverage operations within the hotel, which encompasses restaurants, catering, and banquet services. It is essential to handle all situations related to Food and Beverage with efficiency and diplomacy, especially in matters that may impact the hotel's reputation or image.

About You

• You should be a College/University Degree Graduate in Hospitality Management or a related field with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, Middle East experience is an advantage
• Proven Food and Beverage management experience
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management Software, POS)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with Food and Beverage trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
