Food and Beverage Manager

About the Role

We’re hiring a Food & Beverage Manager for Corinthian Yacht Club in Tiburon, California. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on in service, leading teams from the floor and building strong systems to deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences in a private club setting.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily dining and bar operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service
• Lead and support front-of-house teams with a hands-on, player-coach approach
• Develop and implement systems for scheduling, service standards and operational consistency
• Manage labor, inventory and cost control to support financial performance
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef, General Manager and Catering Director
• Monitor member satisfaction and continuously improve the guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3-7 years of food & beverage or restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
• Experience in private clubs, upscale dining or hospitality environments preferred
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control and operational systems
• Excellent communication and team development skills
• Culinary or hospitality education preferred
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
